As our new Commercial Director & Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in both leading high-impact client engagements and expanding our presence in Toronto. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, business development, and digital delivery—collaborating with our award-winning teams of strategists, designers, developers, and growth marketers to shape the future of our clients' businesses and our own.

About the Role

As our new Commercial Director & Consultant, you’ll be part of our consultants team, with a dual focus:

  • Building strategic partnerships: You’ll use your strong network in Toronto and your passion for digital transformation to bring in new business and grow Signifly’s presence in the region.

  • Advising clients and leading projects: You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to shape digital strategies, ensuring that our collaborations deliver long-term value for both sides.

  • Part of the Leadership team: as part of the leadership team, you’ll play an important role in shaping and building the future of Signifly

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive new client relationships through networking, outreach, and events.

  • Build authentic, long-term partnerships that go beyond the brief.

  • Develop and guide digital strategies with a focus on innovation and measurable impact.

  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Lead commercial planning, scoping, and strategic follow-ups with your clients.

  • Actively participate in Signifly’s marketing and business development initiative
