Job summary

CanadaOne Auto is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to design, deploy, and maintain our core cloud and network infrastructure. You will support hybrid cloud strategy, security and information management practices, and ensure daily onsite attendance in Edmonton.

The role requires strong Azure and M365 experience, IAM, AD, Windows Server, and networking expertise. Collaborate with architects, vendors, and internal teams to deliver resilient services and reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, M365, IAM, AD, Windows Server and networking.
• Experience designing, deploying and maintaining cloud/infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, developers and business users.
• Demonstrated incident response and cloud operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support servers, backups, patching, networks, firewalls, and cloud platforms.
• Translate strategy into secure, resilient cloud solutions and operations.
• Manage Azure, M365 provisioning, capacity planning, and incident handling.
• Advance cloud services roadmap and enforce operating procedures.
• Evaluate new cloud features and govern their adoption.
• Lead major incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
• Collaborate with business units, providers, and technical teams.
• Support service targets including timelines, uptime, and user satisfaction.
• Communicate outages and performance issues with timely updates.
