Job summary

CSA Group in Ontario is seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure (Network & Cloud) to lead the design, security, and operation of a hybrid infrastructure estate. You will oversee global WAN/LAN, cloud services, and on‑premises platforms, driving cost-effective technical solutions while guiding vendors and incident response.

The role requires hands-on expertise with networking, virtualization, Windows/Linux, and Microsoft cloud, plus senior leadership to mentor staff and ensure resiliency.

Qualifications

• 3-year technical diploma or university degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of progressive enterprise infrastructure experience with senior accountability.
• Hands-on experience across network, virtualization, Windows/Linux, and cloud workloads.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and operates global WAN/LAN, and secure network access.
• Manages on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, including Azure and 365 tenant.
• Oversees patching, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery testing.
• Leads vendors, MSPs, and system integrators to deliver infrastructure services.
