Job summary

AutoCanada seeks an Infrastructure Lead for ACX at Edmonton HQ to own identity, infrastructure, and network architecture across ACX’s growing fleet, while guiding day-to-day operations. You’ll shape how Microsoft 365, AD, and device management evolve, including tenant migrations and cloud-vs-on-prem strategies.

You will lead multi-site deployments, manage security, and mentor teams, with occasional travel to support store rollouts and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network & infrastructure roles with hands-on ownership.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong SD-WAN, firewall, and multi-site network design knowledge.
• Experience migrating/modernizing Microsoft 365 and AD environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of ACX network infrastructure across all store locations.
• Evaluate network architecture and define equipment/platform standards for growth.
• Lead network/infrastructure rollouts for new locations from design to go-live.
• Manage endpoint detection, backup, DR systems, and core network security.
• Administer Windows Server, AD, DNS, and Microsoft 365 tenant maintenance.
• Oversee Microsoft 365/Intune/Autopilot deployment and cloud-vs-on-prem config.
• Plan migrations of users/mailboxes/resources for new locations.
• Ensure identity security with MFA and Conditional Access across ACX.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship for team members.
