The Team:
The Service Delivery Team, Child and Family Services, Revelstoke Integrated Services and Shuswap Resources and OOC is an established, collaborative team that provides essential administrative and operational support to staff serving children, youth, families, caregivers, and community partners. Working alongside Team Leaders, Social Workers, Resource Workers, administrative professionals, and management staff, the team is committed to delivering responsive, client-focused services that help strengthen safe, healthy, and resilient communities. In Revelstoke, you will work closely with a dedicated Office Manager in a supportive environment that values respect, inclusion, teamwork, and making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.
The Role:
As a Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service delivery office through a variety of administrative responsibilities, including reception, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing documents, processing mail, and data entry. As one of the first points of contact for clients and community partners, you will help ensure services are delivered in a timely, professional, and respectful manner while supporting front‑line staff who provide critical programs and services. About this Position:
There is one (1) full time permanent position available in Revelstoke.
These positions have full time on-site requirements.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future permanent and/or temporary vacancies for both Revelstoke and Salmon Arm.
Positions will be offered based on location availability.
A Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Criminal Record Review Act Check (CRRA) will be required.
