Job Summary
The Admin Team is an established and collaborative group of five team members and an Office Manager who support multiple service delivery areas. The team plays an important role in creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive experience as first points of contact, while providing administrative support to a multi-service office. Team members work closely with social workers, social work assistants, mental health clinicians, youth probation officers, and visiting professionals, and are united by a strong commitment to teamwork, compassion for the people they serve, and fostering a positive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued.
As the Team Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for children, youth, families, and community members accessing services, helping to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive experience for everyone. You will provide administrative and clerical support to professional staff, playing a vital role in supporting service delivery and helping ensure clients receive the assistance they need. This position offers opportunities to learn and grow in a professional environment, making it a great fit for someone who takes initiative, adapts well to change, and can support people with empathy and professionalism during challenging situations.
