TheTeam Assistant Float Pool is an established and collaborative team that provides essential administrative and clerical support to children and family service offices. Team members work alongside a variety of professionals, including Team Assistants, Office Managers, Child Protection Workers, Resource Workers, CYMH Clinicians, CYSN Workers, Directors, and other staff, helping ensure programs and services run smoothly and effectively.
We value the diverse perspectives, experiences, and strengths each team member brings. As a Team Assistant, you will play an important behind-the-scenes role by providing administrative, coordination, and operational support that enables professional staff to focus on supporting children, youth, and families, contributing to efficient operations, strong client service, and positive outcomes for the communities we serve.
As a member of the Team Assistant Float Pool, you will provide essential administrative support and temporary coverage in response to operational and staffing needs. This role offers the opportunity to work across offices in Vancouver, Richmond, and North Vancouver, helping ensure continuity of service during staffing shortages and absences. Flexibility and the ability to work at various locations are essential to this role.
