Overview

Are you a registered Clinical Pharmacist with a passion for helping others? This opportunity invites you to bring your knowledge, skills, and abilities to our Pharmacy department in a dynamic environment. The position provides clinical pharmacy services to patients of the primary care network and, as a member of an interprofessional team, works directly with patients to identify and resolve actual and potential drug therapy problems through comprehensive medication management.

Shift Rotation/Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days – 08:30 to 16:30. Rotation and days of work are subject to change based on operational needs. Position serves Prince Rupert and Coast Tsimshian.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients of the primary care network.
  • Identify and resolve actual and potential drug therapy problems through comprehensive medication management as part of an interprofessional team.
About Prince Rupert Regional Hospital

Prince Rupert Regional Hospital is a 24-bed facility that sees an average of 22,000 ER visits per year. It is a fully equipped facility with medical imaging, laboratory, ICU, ER and maternity services. Additional services include acute care, internal medicine, ultrasound, CT scans, surgery, emergency department, extended care, pediatrics, radiology, obstetrics, gynecology, and more.
