A healthcare organization is seeking a passionate Clinical Pharmacist to join their Pharmacy department in Prince Rupert. In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, this position provides pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health. As a member of an interprofessional team, this position assesses and recommends individualized treatments. Acts as the primary resource for drug information, education and provides expert advice to health care professionals. Monitors drug prescribing, drug distribution and drug therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal and economic use of drugs. Maintains workload records and statistics.
Monday to Friday, Days – 08:00 to 16:00
