Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Cambridge is seeking a Clinic Nurse for a one-year maternity leave replacement. You will have scheduled appointments to care for patients in home settings, across ages, with varying care needs.

Shifts are 8am–8pm on weekdays with alternating weekends at our Cambridge clinic. You will work with a supportive team, receive best-in-class training, and benefit from comprehensive health and dental plans.

Qualifications

• RN registered with CNO in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Reliability and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel to patient residences within a designated area.
• On-call coverage including after hours to ensure patient safety.

• Executing and continuously monitoring care plans.

Job description

This is a replacement vacancy. In this role, as a Clinic Nurse you will have scheduled appointments to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. This is a temporary 1-yr Maternity Leave contract. Shifts are from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and alternating weekends at our Cambridge clinic.
