Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Ontario seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a community nursing role with scheduled visits to care for patients in homes across our designated area.

You will work with patients of all ages, build rapport, document encounters, and collaborate with the care team. A valid CNO registration, driver’s license, and willingness to travel are required; on-call coverage included.

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as RN or RPN in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience delivering community care is an asset.
• Willingness to travel to patient residences within designated area.
