Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide home health care in Muskoka. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, a $3500 signing bonus, and part-time options. You’ll assess patients, implement and monitor care plans, and build trusted relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

• Executing and continuously monitor care plans
• Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust
• Maintaining and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans
