Job summary

Medcan Health Management Inc. is seeking a full-time Clinic Flow Coordinator in Toronto. You will monitor and facilitate client flow during YRC appointments, coordinate with staff for productive visits, and ensure outstanding service delivery from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates have healthcare experience, strong organizational skills, and solid MS Office proficiency. This role runs Tue–Sat, with a daytime schedule at Medcan Toronto, 150 York St.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role or at least 1 year in healthcare.
• Education in health or related discipline is an asset.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate level in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-clinic or virtual flow during client’s YRC/Specialty Clinic visit.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure productive visits with excellent service.
• Welcome and guide clients, check in/out of YRC appointments.
• Ensure clients receive maximum value time during visit.
• Respond to client issues and inquiries; foster loyalty.
• Handle issues professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with Year Round Care line and communications.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
