Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to articulate and showcase the value of our product offerings from pre-sales through integration and post-implementation support. You will collaborate with partners to understand technical requirements and design tailored solutions that fit their needs.

You will work with diverse stakeholders, lead technical discovery sessions, provide hands-on coding help, and drive successful integrations using REST APIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP.
• 8+ years experience with web technologies (HTTP, HTML, JSON).
• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function.
• Strong RESTful JSON APIs & third party integrations knowledge.
• Proficiency with AI and LLM tooling for agentic workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design: assist with partnerships, prep technical sales material, develop POCs, support demos.
• Integration & Support: understand product tech, manage multiple engagements, lead discovery sessions, design integration blueprints using REST APIs.
• Growth & Process Improvement: use SQL/BigQuery/Data Studio to identify growth opportunities; automate processes.
• What you will have: attention to detail, strong presentation, bias to action, teamwork, customer focus.
