Job summary

Located in Powell River, NVA Canada operates a busy veterinary hospital that values professional client service and teamwork. The Client Services Representative will handle calls, appointments, invoicing, EMR records, and communications with clients and veterinarians in a fast-paced setting.

Success requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and proficient computer skills; veterinary clinic experience is preferred, with Saturday shifts mandatory.

The Client Services Representative position involves the following:

• Serving the needs of our clients and their pets with professionalism and confidence

• Electronic Medical Record-keeping
• Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team.
• Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area.

We Offer:

Hourly rate ranging from $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
