Job summary

National Veterinary Associates in Powell River, BC, is seeking a Client Services Representative to welcome clients and their pets with professionalism in a fast-paced hospital. You will answer phone calls, schedule appointments, process invoices and payments, keep electronic medical records, and communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and the team.

This role requires strong multitasking, excellent interpersonal skills, and reliable weekend Saturday shifts; prior veterinary client

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a large team
• Proficient computer skills
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred

The Client Services Representative position involves the following:

We Offer:

Hourly rate ranging from $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. RRSP matchin g, Extended health care , Health and wellness allowance , Uniform allowance
