Commercial Credit Adjusters Ltd. in Winnipeg is hiring for a Receptionist with a path to full-time Client Services Representative (CSR).

You will start at the front desk handling visitors, phones, and payments, with a progression to CSR responsibilities as you prove your abilities. This downtown Winnipeg role offers full-time hours, cross-team support, and opportunities to grow within the client services and collections environment.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of collection industry is considered an asset.
• A minimum of 1 year of work in customer service.
• Demonstrated systems knowledge (CRS, Microsoft suite, cartographer, filezilla, EDI systems).

Responsibilities

• As Receptionist, assist walk-in customers daily as the face of the organization.
• Answer call inquiries and maintain visitor logs.
• Process walk-in payments.
• Enter manual business into systems.
• Generate manual letters.
• Process letter and receipt requests for Collection Officers and clients at their request.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail for couriers.
• Act as back up to the credit card line.
• Assist with other administrative duties, as required.
