Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Manitoba is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support residents across Western and Central Canada.

The role is based at the Manitoba Regional Office and requires responding to inquiries about our residential properties. You will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, document interactions, place maintenance orders, and promote a positive company image.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the customer service industry.
• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entering.
• Minimum 45 wpm typing speed.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to deal with clients in a sensitive and tactful manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot client issues and provide viable solutions.

If so, we may have an opportunity for you!Broadstreet Properties is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! The role is located in Broadstreet Manitoba Regional Office, responding to inquiries related to our residential properties throughout Western and Central Canada. Applicants must be available to work a variety of 8 hour shifts as our Call Centre operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Your contribution to the team includes:

• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Support clients with tips to ensure routine issues obstacles are avoided
• Place maintenance orders with accuracy

What you need to be successful:

• Available to work irregular hours within 24 hour open time frame
