Job summary

Broadstreet Properties is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Broadstreet Manitoba Regional Office. The role serves residential properties throughout Western and Central Canada and requires availability for a variety of 8-hour shifts as our Call Centre operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Your contribution includes responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions, supporting clients with tips to avoid routine

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the customer service industry.
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entering.
  • Minimum 45 wpm typing speed.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to deal with clients in a sensitive and tactful manner.
  • Available to work irregular hours within 24 hour open time frame.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
