If you enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them succeed, this role offers an opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll work closely with clients, support their goals, and play a key role in strengthening long-term relationships that drive mutual success.

Our downtown Winnipeg office is ready to welcome new team members.

What the Roles Involves

You will start as a receptionist to learn our internal systems, procedures, and core operations. Through a Performance-based progression, you will begin to learn and take on more Client Service Representative (CSR) duties and tasks.

When a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) position becomes available, you could be transitioned fully into the role once you have proven your abilities match the requirements. At that point, your reception duties will be removed so you can focus entirely on full-time CSR responsibilities.

As a Receptionist, you will:
  • Assist walk-in customers daily as the face of the organization
  • Answer call inquiries and maintain visitor logs
  • Process walk-in payments
  • Enter manual business into systems
  • Generate manual letters
  • Process letter and receipt requests for Collection Officers and clients at their request
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail for couriers
  • Act as back up to the credit card line
  • Assist with other administrative duties, as required
As a Client Services Representative (CSR), you will:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent and accurate communication on file status
  • List new business files from clients, verifying all details through system checks and thorough review
  • Assess and analyze files, reports, and correspondence to provide updates and direction to collectors and tracers
  • Communicate regularly with clients via phone and email regarding account status, settlements, and payment inquiries
  • Process and maintain file updates, including payments, adjustments, rollovers, and new account activity
  • Work with data from multiple sources, converting and formatting files into standardized formats such as Excel and TXT
  • Upload and manage data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and correct file conversion errors within internal systems (CRS)
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports to internal teams and clients
  • Process invoices, statements, and verify account balances
  • Support additional administrative functions and provide backup support to other departments as needed
Qualifications
  • High-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of collection industry is considered an asset.
  • (Required) A minimum of 1-year of work in customer service.

  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
