Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills for member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process a wide range of member transactions and service requests over the phone.
• Build and maintain strong member relationships by delivering knowledgeable, solutions-focused advice.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to members using Internet Banking and digital services.
• Conduct outbound calls to respond to inquiries and support internal departments.
