You’re flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and are willing to travel between nearby centers to deliver a great client experience on-site.

Qualifications

• Excellent client engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain bank products and services.
• Comfort with using digital banking tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to manage accounts and banking products with a focus on the client experience.
• Answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients to the right team members.
• Promote and explain mobile banking applications to clients for easier account management.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with bank policies during daily interactions.
