Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Client Engagement Associate in Mississauga to support daily client transactions and guide customers through digital banking options. You will identify opportunities for referrals to specialists, strengthen client relationships, and help the banking centre meet its goals.

The role requires on-site work at Erin Mills Town Centre with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and potential travel to other centres within a reasonable distance.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with clients to understand needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Ability to guide clients through digital banking options and self-serve tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with transactions and identify opportunities to sell basic banking products.
• Route clients to specialists when needed and support referrals.
• Strengthen client relationships and contribute to banking centre success.
• Be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends; work across multiple centres within travel distance.
