Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Client Advisor for their Vancouver store. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving individual and store sales targets, leveraging product knowledge and personalized service to maximize sales.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting, and demonstrate strong customer service skills. Flexibility in availability is required, including evenings and weekends.

Build and expand a client book and ensure timely follow up on orders, shipments and alterations.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to drive sales and increase units and dollar value per transaction
• Capture and maintain customer information and expand a client book
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Follow up with clients on shipping, alterations, and service issues
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general store housekeeping to maintain store image
• Adhere to all company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Computer literate and tech savvy with ability to learn various software programs
• Customer service oriented with a passion for luxury product and design
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Foreign languages a plus
