Summary

The Client Advisor delivers the Tiffany Experience in every client interaction, acting as a brand ambassador and building lasting client relationships. This role focuses on driving sales through clienteling, appointments, and exceptional service while meeting monthly and quarterly commercial targets. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data, cultivate new and existing client relationships, and convert leads through appointments and discovery.
• Deliver elevated in-store experiences and hospitality, leveraging feedback and NPS to enhance service.
• Promote key product pillars and style clients to connect merchandise with their wardrobe.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality) with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with clients, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to building business.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to serve a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email; authorization to work in Canada.
• Preferred: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
