Job summary

Dexterra is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Saskatoon, Canada, reporting to the Manager. You will supervise cleaning and related services for an assigned location, ensuring budgets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met.

You will assign tasks, inspect performance, train staff, manage timekeeping, and handle customer requests. Flexibility for shifts and adherence to union guidelines will be required as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated cleaning and supervisory experience in large facility operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in unionized environments with understanding of Collective Agreement requirements.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check (mandatory requirement for this position).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
