Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service excellence at assigned sites. This role drives financial performance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement while managing operational teams in a 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM shift.

The position requires a strong background in facilities management, hospitality, or related services, with proven experience leading 24/7 operations and budgets. Travel between sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in facilities, hospitality, food services, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing 24/7 operations and teams.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with operational reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel between sites as required.

Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

The Site Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, financial performance, and strong client relationships across assigned sites or contracts. This role leads operational teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company and client standards.

Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00AM (Evening/Night Shfit)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned sites to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to achieve operational targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
