Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the buildings.
• Prioritize and respond promptly to client requests.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure performance meets standards.
• Assist with site training of new cleaning personnel.
• Train and enforce Health & Safety procedures; ensure PPE is available and used.
• Maintain timekeeping records for cleaning personnel.
• Respond to customer requests and ensure follow-up.
• Oversee inventory control and daily Preventative Maintenance program.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, reporting to the Account Director, you will supervise the cleaning and services of assigned buildings to maintain company and customer quality standards.

Your Work Will Include

• Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the buildings.
• Can prioritize and respond in a timely fashion to all client requests.
• Inspects the work on an ongoing basis to ensure performance is at the expected levels.
• Assists with site training of new cleaning personnel.
• Trains and implements Health & Safety procedures and ensures that safety devices and PPE are available and properly utilized.
• Maintains time keeping records for cleaning personnel.
• Respond to customer requests and ensure follow up.
• Responsible for inventory control and the daily Preventative Maintenance Program.
