Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure service excellence, monitor financial performance, and maintain strong client relationships across assigned sites. You will lead operational teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company and client standards.

Hours are 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The role requires leadership, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in facilities/related industries.
• Proven experience managing 24-hour operations and teams.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between sites as required.

Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

The Site Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, financial performance, and strong client relationships across assigned sites or contracts. This role leads operational teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company and client standards.

Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00AM (Evening/Night Shfit)
