A community support organization in Hamilton is seeking a Cleaner to join their HOMES Program. The successful candidate will provide cleaning and support to tenants who have been homeless, helping them achieve personal goals. Responsibilities include hands-on assistance, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with the tenants. An ideal candidate will have cleaning experience, excellent communication skills, and be committed to anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices. This role offers a supportive work atmosphere and opportunities for professional development.
Will normally be day shifts with occasional hours beyond this, as required to meet tenant needs.
$22.99/hour - $27.22/hour (Starting salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions).
