Our client, an expanding multi-service firm, is currently seeking a seasoned Civil Litigation lawyer to join their esteemed litigation group in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will bring to the role a minimum of 5 years of Ontario and Canadian litigation experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and a keen understanding of providing exceptional client service.
Your new role
In this role, you will be required to handle many files through the litigation process both independently and as a member of an experienced team.
What you will need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ post-call experience, with demonstrated knowledge and interest in Litigation, particularly complex litigation matters. You should work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong teamwork skills, trustworthiness, accountability, proactivity, and a positive work attitude are essential. You should also possess confidence and legal acumen to do great work and enjoy the challenge and achievement of winning cases for your clients.
