A leading engineering firm in Ontario is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for site civil design, project coordination, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of civil engineering experience and a Professional Engineer license. HDR is currently seeking a Civil Engineer. The successful candidate will be involved in design, project coordination, design management, financial and schedule monitoring, stakeholder engagement and negotiations, quality management, and will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to create high-quality design solutions.
Reporting to the Civil Engineering Lead, the Civil Engineer is a member of the integrated project team that contributes site civil engineering knowledge and analysis to the project during the design and construction phase. The project mix is varied across building and infrastructure projects, including new residential and commercial developments, Transit Oriented Communities (TOCs), data centers, health facilities, industrial and waste management facilities.
The role involves working on multi-disciplinary projects with project sites in various locations, including GTA and western Canada. The Civil Engineer may be involved in construction contract administration, site inspections, and condition assessments.

Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
