World Vision Canada is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive the change management aspects of digital transformation across the organization. You will partner with executives, business leaders, technology teams and end users to accelerate adoption and realize value.

This hybrid role in Mississauga reports to the Principal Advisor, Enterprise Digital Strategy. You will develop strategies, lead champion networks, design learning programs and measure adoption to ensure lasting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Change management certification preferred (Prosci/CCMP/ACMP).
• 7+ years leading organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise digital transformations and governance.
• Experience designing stakeholder engagement, training and adoption strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the change management strategy and plans.
• Conduct impact, readiness and risk assessments.
• Define interventions and establish governance networks.
• Build the change champion network and training pathways.
• Engage senior stakeholders and develop executive communications.
• Equip leaders to guide teams through change.
• Design and deliver learning and adoption programs.
• Measure adoption with dashboards and analytics.
• Manage resistance and build internal change capability.
