Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking a Business Project Manager - Digital Transformation to lead cross-functional change initiatives within the Digital Transformation Office. You will drive business change management, map customer journeys, and partner with technology and business stakeholders to advance a client-centric, highly digital organization in a flexible hybrid work model with a Toronto base.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the financial industry.
Customer journey mapping experience is an asset.
Post-secondary education in IT or Business is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead execution of business change management projects to successful completion.
Support business stakeholders in achieving improvement aligned with the digitalization strategy.
Plan and execute initiatives that drive digitalization with milestones and resources.
Lead discovery work and customer journey mapping for business initiatives.
Prepare communications and presentations for teams and senior management.
Monitor progress and track costs and KPIs for the digitalization portfolio.
