The Content Design Specialist within the Product team at World Vision Canada plays a critical role on the Impact Journey team, bringing content expertise to translate product vision and priorities into meaningful, audience-centred experiences. This role is responsible for executing the content strategy while actively contributing to its development and evolution. Working as an integral member of an Agile team, the Content Design Specialist engages across the full content lifecycle from strategy and planning through to creation, delivery, optimization, and measurement. Combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, the role ensures content is valuable, purposeful, accessible, and effectively connects with and engages its intended audiences.
