Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for complex, regulatory, and pan-TDI / enterprise-driven change initiatives.
• Develop integrated change strategies that enable readiness, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Champion innovative approaches and technologies, including AI/Copilot, to advance change management.
• Collaborate across business, technology, operations, risk, and project teams to deliver a positive colleague and customer experience.
