The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a dedicated professional to support individuals with social adjustment challenges through case management and program delivery. You will collaborate with partners across Canada, develop case plans, and coordinate referrals while maintaining accurate documentation.

Additional duties include home visits, program development input, staff and volunteer support, and participation in organizational policy and community outreach efforts to

Competenze

• Post-secondary diploma in social services or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with standard office software and documentation.

Mansioni

• Develop case plans and coordinate referrals across Canada.
• Provide home visits and training for program participants as needed.
• Maintain client records, reports and statistics.
• Support program development, partnerships and community engagement.
