Job summary

The Salvation Army in Canada and Bermuda is seeking a Community Family Service Worker for an onsite, part-time role in Fort McMurray, AB. You will support multiple services within the Community and Family Services setting, assisting with administrative tasks and helping ensure confidential handling of participant information.

Requirements include a two-year post-secondary program and two years of office experience; proficiency in WORD and EXCEL is expected.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal post-secondary program of two academic years.
• Two years of relevant experience in office administration is desired.
• Must be able to use WORD and EXCEL effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to Community and Family Services in a team setting.
• Maintain confidentiality of all program participant information.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks (photocopying, greeting visitors, reception duties).
• Log activities and help organize office/waiting area.
• Offer general information to visitors and coordinate with the Community Services Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
