Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job descriptionHere is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:* Plan, coordinate and follow up on development files with technical teams, institutions, communications managers and governance bodies;* Act as an intermediary between operational teams, business partners and technology stakeholders;* Organize the activities necessary to carry out the work and ensure that deadlines are met;* Harmonize the interventions of the different institutions and the stakeholders involved;* Supervise change management activities and support accountability;* Analyze the organizational, operational and technological impacts associated with the proposed changes;* Follow up on action plans, risks, issues and dependencies related to the files entrusted to you;* Prepare presentations, reports and follow-up documents for managers and decision-making bodies;* Support the teams in the implementation of initiatives and facilitate decision-making;* Popularize technological issues among managers and non-technical stakeholders;* Contribute to the continuous improvement of coordination, communication and governance processes.The profile sought is as follows:* Have relevant experience in file coordination, project management or the implementation of technological initiatives;* Be proficient in Microsoft 365 services, administration, and licensing models;* Use Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive in an organizational environment;* Understand the links between identity services, synchronization with Active Directory, shared boxes, and groups;* Know the mechanisms for managing email addresses, including primary addresses, aliases and login credentials;* Distinguish the email address from the user's primary identifier and assess the impact on the services concerned;* Apply the rules of nomenclature, deal with homonymy situations and supervise periods of double addressing;* Assess the impact of addressing changes on applications, vendors, and technology services;* Simultaneously coordinate multiple institutions and stakeholders in a context with many interdependencies;* Clearly explain technical issues to managers and non-specialized teams;* Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, organization and transversal leadership.
