Harrison Healthcare invites a Care Coordinator to join our Vancouver clinic. You will act as a client ambassador, handling appointment bookings, inquiries, and feedback while coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth, supportive experience.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Clinical Operations, you will help maintain high standards of care, communicate clearly with clients, and contribute to continuous improvement within a patient-centered, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Professional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workflow and multitask in a high-volume clinic.
• Comfortable building genuine client connections and delivering personalized care.
• Experience using an EMR system is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person with clarity and compassion.
• Schedule client appointments and health assessments; coordinate care team calendars.
• Support administrative tasks like referrals and prescription coordination.
• Collaborate with Family Physician and clinical team to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Uphold Harrison's client experience standards and identify workflow improvements.
