Job summary

Qualicare Home Care is seeking a compassionate Services Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage client scheduling, caregiver communication, and staffing needs to ensure quality home care across the Lower Mainland with offices in Vancouver, Surrey, and Port Coquitlam.

The role involves organizing client care, coordinating with caregivers, and adherence to policies. On-call after regular hours may be required to support client volumes and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in all Windows applications.
• Experience with scheduling software is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively meets the needs of each client by scheduling the client with caregiving services.
• Ensures compliance with standards of care.
• Monitors referral trends and anticipates increases/decreases.
• Responds to client/employee inquiries immediately.
• Ensures all relevant information is received in written/verbal/electronic format.
• Assists with tracking and validating client-related documentation.
• Assess client satisfaction.
• Responds promptly to incidents/complaints/compliments, documenting completely and relaying information to Care Coordinator immediately.
