VON Canada is seeking a Client Service Associate to coordinate nursing and home support visits using scheduling tools, ensuring smooth operations and strong communication with clients and providers. This role involves planning, daily task management, and maintaining care continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred education includes college or university training, with MS Office and scheduling software experience.

Qualifications

• University or college education preferred; high school diploma required.
• Office Administration or Medical Terminology certificate is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, faxing software, and database management.
• Experience in logistics or scheduling environment; familiarity with scheduling software.

Responsabilités

• Assign visits to nurses and home support workers based on geography and client needs.
• Manage daily tasks including client referrals, updates, and inquiries from callers.
• Handle scheduling with advanced plans and daily adjustments for absences and admissions.
• Work with team to ensure adequate staffing and forecast weekly needs.
• Support clients and care staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance.
• Protect confidential information and adhere to privacy guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
