Keswick Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic, a branch of Lifemark Health Group, is seeking a part-time Care Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team in Keswick, Ontario. Evening and weekend availability is required, with willingness to work across multiple clinic locations.

In this role you will greet clients, manage scheduling, handle payments, support the clinical team, and help maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Customer service and telephone etiquette required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a similar role is a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Greet clients and visitors upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls and provide information.
• Process incoming and outgoing email, mail, and faxes.
• Collect payment at time of service.
• Coordinate scheduling of client appointments.
• Assist clients with paperwork at the clinic.
• Obtain and promote Google reviews.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team.
• Assist with laundry, cleaning, and tidiness of the clinic.
