Job summary

Lifemark Health Group’s Keswick Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic (K1) is seeking a Care Coordinator / Receptionist. This part-time role requires evening and weekend availability and willingness to work across multiple clinic locations as needed.

You will welcome clients, manage inquiries, schedule appointments, collect payments, and support the clinical team while promoting a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills, with minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with follow through on all tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Experience in a similar role is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to clients and referral source.
• Process incoming and outgoing email, mail, and faxes.
• Collect payment at time of service.
• Coordinate scheduling of client appointments.
• Assist clients with completing paperwork at the clinic.
• Obtain and promote Google reviews.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team.
• Assist with laundry, clean-up, and general tidiness of clinic.
