• One year administrative or office experience is an asset.
• Scheduling experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Superior customer service skills expected.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Compassion and empathy when interacting with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assign appropriate staff to patients based on availability and skills.
• Build a care schedule for patients.
• Enter/update employee and patient data in the system.
• Respond professionally to calls and emails from funders, staff, patients and families.
• Document and report all staff-patient interactions.
