Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with patients, families, staff and funders.
• Process funder referrals and updates in the EMR (Procura).
• Review service needs with supervisors, field staff, and clients.
• Schedule care providers based on client needs and location.
• Coordinate caregiver assignments and service delivery.
• Keep patients and staff informed of schedules.
• Utilize scheduling data to optimize staffing.
• Document records accurately in the EMR.
