Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Compliance Manager to own compliance advisory for the Affill Card program. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ship features that are compliant and built to last.

You will apply Reg E and Reg Z, review disclosures and UX, and lead root-cause analysis and durable remediation with a focus on risk-based decisions. Remote-first in Canada with strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a compliance advisory role within financial services with card/payments experience.
• Deep working knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z; familiarity with Reg DD and UDAAP.
• Experience with card networks (Visa, Mastercard) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance advisory for the Affill Card program with product, engineering and operations.
• Review marketing disclosures and UX to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead root-cause analysis and durable remediation for card compliance issues.
• Partner with Compliance Testing, Legal and Risk for regulatory exams and audits.
• Develop compliance training and reference materials for Card requirements.
