Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance advisory within financial services with card/payments focus.
• Hands-on knowledge of card network rules (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
• Strong ability to operate independently in ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program across marketing, onboarding, disputes, and servicing.
• Review disclosures and UX to ensure regulatory alignment and consumer protection.
• Lead root-cause analysis and durable remediation of Card compliance issues.
