Twin Motors Auto Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support UDrive Car Rental within the Twin Motors Flin Flon location. You will greet customers, guide reservations, help select vehicles, explain terms and promotions, and document vehicle conditions.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, and solid computer/office software abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers onsite and over the phone in a calm, friendly manner.

• Explain terms, conditions, and available promotions or discounts.
• Perform vehicle walk-around and document any damages.
• Maintain ongoing communication to manage check-in/check-out per terms.
• Keep customer and inventory databases accurate.
