Twin Motors Thompson is seeking an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join our team in a dealership setting. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and build lasting customer relationships while supporting sales follow-up and recall campaigns.

You will work with multiple software systems, maintain thorough product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training to enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.
